Ariel has 15 years experience in empowering non-profit and mission-based organizations through impactful creative direction and design. Her professional strength lies in her ability to navigate both the analytical and the abstract, and distill them into tools for visual storytelling in order to translate complex problems — and their potential solutions — into engaging and accessible collateral.

Her ability to blend creativity with purpose has fostered successful partnerships with a diverse range of mission-based organizations, including those focused on prison reform, women’s health, civic engagement, climate change, foster care reform, mental health advocacy, arts education, anti-hate initiatives, and more.

Outside of work Ariel is passionate about being involved in her local community and takes on several pro-bono projects in Long Beach every year. Her latest pro-bono work includes creative collateral for education around local ecology and California Native green spaces, as well as a mural for a local coffee shop that provides trauma informed job training for individuals experiencing housing insecurity.
